The CPS Monolithic Pressure Sensors of Metallux AG are available in various versions for a multitude of applications.
The thick film on ceramic pressure sensor CPS 1010/2010 is a standard sensor with calibrated zero offset and temperature compensation.
The high chemical resistance characterized the sensor.
- Measurement range 1,6 to 600 bar
- OEM sensor.
